There are so many ways that YOU can get involved in Music and Worship Arts at Memorial. Below are some of the opportunities going on now. If you have questions, be sure to contact Dr. Joan! 

 

 

Chancel Choir:  Lead Worship at 11:00AM Sunday Traditional Worship. Rehearsals: 6:00AM on Wednesdays in the Choir Room.
(Meet each Sunday at 10:30AM in the Choir Room before worship)

 

9:30AM Worship Team: Lead at 9:30AM Sunday Contemporary Worship with the praise band in Maxwell Hall. Singers and musicians welcome.

Memorial Ensemble: Lead at 8:00AM Informal Worship.

Rehearsals: Mondays at 1:30PM in the Choir Room.

Memorial Singers: Sing favorite hymns each week in area assisted living facilities. Tuesdays at 11:15AM.

        - 1st Tuesday: Osprey Village

        - 2nd Tuesday: Lakeside

        - 3rd Tuesday: Fernandina Beach Rehab

        - 4th Tuesday: Savannah Grand

        - 5th Tuesday: (if needed) Council on Aging at 11AM

 

Handbells: Participate in Worship Services. Rehearsals: Wednesdays at 4:45 PM in the choir room.

 

Instrumental Performances, Vocal Ensembles, and Drama: Participates in a variety of special worship services.

Liturgical Dance: Resuming this fall

​

Worship Assistants:  Serve as an Usher, Acolyte,

Liturgist, Communion Server, AV techs, worship arts designers, or prepare the elements for Communion at all Worship Services.
